If any of these factors apply to your situation, they will be taken into account before the service begins. 

 

To ensure a smooth service visit, we kindly ask you to move any personal belongings, fragile items, or items of concern prior to our arrival. This will help us provide a more efficient and hassle-free experience for you.

 

By signing and approving this quote, you agree that any outstanding invoice balance over 5 days (for residential) and 30 days (for commercial) will accrue interest. Additionally, Crown Power Washing, LLC reserves the right to recover reasonable counsel fees and costs associated with the collection of any outstanding balance.

 

For our commercial clients, please note that Crown Power Washing, LLC will only communicate directly with the Property Manager or key contact. It is crucial for the safety of our staff that residents/occupants do not interfere with the work being conducted. All communication should be directed through the main contact on file.

 

Lastly, we would like to emphasize that Crown Power Washing, LLC will not be responsible for any damages to patios, decks, personal property, lights, or electrical outlets that were not removed or properly covered before the work is completed.
